Effective date: September 18, 2026
Passagify (“Passagify,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides a passport-aware travel planning platform and this website. This Privacy Policy describes how we handle personal information in connection with the website, product demonstrations, and related communications.
This page is a website policy for the Passagify product presentation. It should be reviewed and updated before any production deployment that collects, stores, processes, or shares personal data.
1. Information this website may collect
Depending on how the website is deployed, Passagify may collect information that you choose to provide, such as your name, work email address, organization, role, and a description of your travel planning or support needs.
In a future product environment, the platform may also need to handle travel-planning information that you choose to add to a workspace, such as passport context, destination, intended travel dates, trip purpose, document notes, and planning tasks. The collection and use of such information would be subject to the product terms and any applicable account-level notices.
2. Static preview behavior
The current Book a Demo form is a front-end demonstration. It validates required fields in your browser and shows a success message, but it does not transmit the form contents to a Passagify server or save those contents in the website.
If a production form is connected to a backend or customer relationship system, this policy should be updated to identify the collection method, retention practices, recipient categories, and available contact method.
3. How information may be used
Where Passagify collects information in a production environment, it may use it to:
- Respond to a product or demo request;
- Understand the travel planning workflow you want to discuss;
- Operate, improve, and secure the Passagify website and platform;
- Communicate about a requested product conversation or service relationship; and
- Comply with applicable law and protect the rights, safety, and security of Passagify and its users.
4. Travel and passport-related information
Travel-planning information can be sensitive. Passagify’s product approach is to collect only information that is relevant to the traveler’s route and the preparation workflow being used. The platform is not intended to make government decisions or substitute for official immigration authorities.
Do not submit highly sensitive information through an unverified channel. Before a production service is live, Passagify should provide clear in-product notices explaining what information is needed, why it is needed, how long it is retained, and how users can manage it.
5. Sharing and service providers
Passagify does not sell personal information. In a production deployment, information may be shared with service providers that help operate the website, host the product, provide communications, or maintain security, subject to appropriate contractual and technical safeguards. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.
6. Retention and deletion
For this static preview, demo form entries are not retained because they are not transmitted. In a production product, Passagify should retain personal information only for as long as needed for the purpose for which it was collected, to meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Product-specific controls may permit users to delete planning data according to the service’s then-current functionality.
7. Security
Passagify aims to use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information appropriate to the service. No website or electronic transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Users should take care when sharing travel-related information and should use official channels for any documents that must be submitted to authorities.
8. Your choices and rights
Depending on your location and the way Passagify is deployed, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or information about the personal data held about you. You may also have the right to object to or limit certain processing. These rights may be subject to legal exceptions and identity verification requirements.
9. International transfers
Passagify may use service providers or infrastructure located in countries other than the one where you live. Where required, the production service should use an appropriate transfer mechanism and provide any additional notices required by applicable law.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as the website or product develops. The effective date at the top of this page indicates when the policy was last revised. Material changes should be communicated through an appropriate channel when legally required.
11. Contact
For privacy questions about Passagify or this website, use the Booking page to send a message describing your request. Please do not include sensitive passport or identity documents in an unverified form submission.
