Effective date: September 18, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Passagify website and any Passagify product services made available to you (together, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
These Terms are designed for the present product website and should be reviewed and completed with any customer-specific agreement before a production subscription or enterprise deployment is offered.
1. The Passagify service
Passagify is a travel planning platform that helps users understand entry-related preparation, organize visa and travel documentation, review planning readiness, and coordinate international travel around passport context. The Service may present route-specific planning information, checklists, timelines, and related product functionality.
Passagify is not a government authority, embassy, consulate, airline, legal adviser, immigration adviser, or visa-processing service. The Service does not issue visas, determine entry eligibility, guarantee an application outcome, or make an official decision on behalf of any authority.
2. Official sources and user responsibility
Travel rules, documentation requirements, and border processes can change and may depend on factors beyond the information available in a planning workspace. You are responsible for confirming applicable requirements directly with official government, diplomatic, and transportation authorities before taking action or traveling.
You are also responsible for ensuring that information you enter into the Service is accurate, complete, and appropriate to share. Do not rely on the Service as your only source for time-sensitive or high-stakes travel decisions.
3. Eligibility and acceptable use
You may use the Service only in compliance with applicable law and these Terms. You may not:
- Use the Service to violate law, infringe rights, or misrepresent your identity or travel situation;
- Upload or share information you do not have the right to use or disclose;
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, probe, or bypass the security of the Service;
- Use automated means to access the Service except as expressly authorized; or
- Present Passagify planning information as an official decision, legal advice, or guaranteed outcome.
4. Product information and limitations
We aim to make the product useful and clear, but the Service may contain incomplete, changing, or route-dependent information. Product illustrations, readiness states, sample timelines, and sample checklists are planning aids. They are not representations that a traveler meets a legal standard, that an application will be accepted, or that entry will be permitted.
Any information presented through the Service should be reviewed against the relevant official source and the facts of your own situation. Seek qualified advice where your circumstances require it.
5. Accounts, demos, and communications
A production version of the Service may require an account, an invitation, or an organization agreement. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and for activity occurring under your account. If you request a demo or contact Passagify, you agree that we may respond about the product or your request, subject to the Privacy Policy.
The current website form is a static front-end demonstration and does not itself create an account, subscription, support relationship, or professional advisory relationship.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, including its content, design, software, trademarks, logos, and product concepts, is owned by or licensed to Passagify and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the Service for its intended purpose.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or create derivative works from the Service or its branding except with prior written permission or as permitted by law.
7. Feedback
If you send ideas, comments, or feedback about Passagify, you grant us the right to use that feedback without restriction or compensation, provided that we do not publicly identify you as the source without your permission.
8. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. PASSAGIFY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AND AVAILABILITY.
Without limiting the above, Passagify does not warrant that travel information will be current, complete, suitable for your circumstances, uninterrupted, or free from errors. You assume the risk of making travel and application decisions based on your own review of official sources and professional advice where appropriate.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Passagify and its suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, travel opportunities, bookings, or other intangible losses arising from or related to the Service.
Where liability cannot be excluded, Passagify’s total liability for claims relating to the Service will be limited to the amount you paid to Passagify for the Service in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, created a security risk, or used the Service in a way that could create harm to Passagify, users, or third parties. You may stop using the Service at any time.
11. Changes to the Service or Terms
Passagify may modify the Service and update these Terms as the product develops. The effective date at the top indicates the most recent update. Continued use after revised Terms take effect constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
12. Governing terms and contact
Any production agreement should identify the governing law, dispute process, and the legal entity providing the service. For questions about these Terms or the Passagify product, use the Booking page to send a request.
